IMPORTANT
We highly do not recommend wearing jewelry like earrings or necklaces while having your service done and the use of your mobile devices. We also recommend you to book your makeup at least 2 hours prior the event you want to attend instead of 1 hour to allow the products to blend to your skin and look UNIQUE & MAGNIFIQUE.
If you are feeling sick (have a fever, flu or any other disease) please let us know on time so
we can reschedule you.

We are located in South Florida but we offer on-site/ on location services also.
No address
will be given out before booking.

NO GUESTS
To maintain safety, NO kids, pets and/or guests on receiving services area unless they are also being serviced.

If you are doing the on location service, please make sure that someone else is taking care
of your kids and/or pets while you are having your makeup done.

NO deposit = NO appointment.
The remaining balance will be due at the time of the appointment in cash or card upon
arrival

CANCELLATION
By scheduling an appointment, we are blocking time off our schedule SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU. Rescheduling an appointment can be difficult but must be approved within 48 hours
advance notice. Any changes or cancellation made with more than 48 hours notice will result in loss of total deposit, less than 24 hours, 50% deposit. A new deposit is require to schedule another appointment.
No call, no show or failure to comply with the policy can be banned from booking future
appointments

FEES
All appointments have a 15 minutes grace period.
If client arrive late and th Pro is able to proceed with the service, a $35 late fee per half hour (up to a maximum of 1 hour) may be applied beyond the 15-minute grace period.
We greatly appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy.
Your appointment will be cancelled 45 mins after your scheduled time and deposit will be kept.
No extra charges for same day or last minute bookings as soon as we are available and you
can be on time on your appointment.
Early morning fees are applied and a good TIP will be appreciated.
* 4 AM - 5:30 AM Requests _ $50 per service address
* 5:31 AM - 7:30 AM _ $25 per service address
If looking to get services done on OFF days it will cost you an extra of $50. $20 for VIP or regular members

For people who wants their makeup done in the luxury & comfort of their home or hotel, an
additional fee may apply, depending on your location (Anything over 3 miles from my
location will be an extra charge for every 5 miles). Contact us via Whatsapp so we can
quote you the exact price.
Client is responsible for parking fees
